CloudMaster coffee machines are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
If your machine develops a fault covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Which remedy applies depends on the nature of the defect and parts availability.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear such as descaling components and gaskets.
To make a claim, you will need your proof of purchase and the machine's serial number. Claims can be filed through our support assistant at any time.
